About

Agrace’s Service of Remembrance is a secular (non-religious) service led by Agrace spiritual & grief counselors. This meaningful event is held yearly within our service area. In 2027, we are hosting our service in Dodgeville and Janesville.

All are welcome. The events are open to all who are grieving a loss, even if the person who died did not have hospice care.

The Service of Remembrance is a time to come together in community to reflect, find comfort and celebrate the lives of our cherished loved ones.

 

Dodgeville Ring & Remember

This meaningful service includes the opportunity to ring a ceremonial bell while speaking your loved one’s name aloud. An optional $40 donation at the time of registration includes a handmade ceramic bell inscribed with your loved one’s name to take home in remembrance of both your loved one and this special service. All will be able to participate in the service regardless of whether a donation is made.

Refreshments will be served.

Parking is available on the street and in a free surface lot at the intersection of Merrimac Street and Main Street.

 

Janesville Service of Remembrance

Join us for a service of remembrance at the Agrace gardens in Janesville, with a dedication of memorial butterflies. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether or not they have purchased a butterfly. Visit our memorial page for more information on purchasing a butterfly.

Service will be held outdoors in the garden. Please dress comfortably.

Refreshments will be served.
